Cancellation Policy
Booking, Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy • Appointments must be booked online in advance. • Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. • Cancellations or reschedules made within 24 hours may be subject to a fee or forfeit of deposit. • No-shows will be charged 100% of the service price. • Late arrivals may result in a shortened session while the full service fee still applies.
