Massage therapy is not a substitute for medical treatment. If you have a medical condition, consult your healthcare provider before booking.
2. Appointments & Cancellations

We kindly request at least [24/48 hours] notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a cancellation fee of [50% flat fee].

Arriving late may shorten your session time, but full payment will still be required.

Prepaid sessions, gift certificates, or packages are non-refundable but may be transferred with prior approval.
