Massage After Care
To help your body fully absorb the benefits of your massage and support the healing process,
please follow these aftercare recommendations:

Stay Hydrated
Drink plenty of water after your session. Massage encourages circulation and the release of metabolic waste from the muscles, and hydration helps your body flush these out naturally.

Allow Your Body to Rest
Massage especially deep tissue or Thai massage can be both relaxing and therapeutic. Avoid strenuous activity for the rest of the day and give your body time to reset and recover.

Expect Mild Soreness
Some clients may experience light soreness or tenderness, similar to post-workout muscle fatigue. This is normal and usually subsides within 24–48 hours.
Heat or Ice as Needed • Use heat for muscle stiffness or tightness • Use ice for inflammation or localized tenderness Apply for 10–15 minutes if necessary.

Gentle Movement & Stretching
Light stretching or gentle movement can help maintain flexibility and prolong the benefits of your massage. Avoid over-stretching immediately after your session. Nourish Your Body Eat light, nourishing meals and limit alcohol intake after your massage to support recovery and hydration.

Consistent Care Matters
Regular massage sessions help maintain results, improve mobility, reduce stress, and support long-term wellness. Ask about a recommended treatment schedule based on your needs.
