Cancellation Policy
Appointments • Please arrive 5–10 minutes early. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session. • Full session pricing applies. Cancellations & No-Shows • 24-hour notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. • Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged 50–100% of the service price. Payment • Payment is due at the time of service or pay online. • We accept cash and approved electronic payments. Health Information • Please inform your therapist of any medical conditions, injuries, pregnancy, or allergies. • Massage therapy is not a substitute for medical care. Professional Conduct • Massage services are strictly professional and non-sexual. • Inappropriate behavior will result in immediate termination of the session, with full payment required. Communication • Your comfort matters. Please communicate pressure preferences or discomfort at any time. Hygiene & Safety • Please arrive clean and sober. Services may be refused if safety is a concern. Minors • Clients under 18 require parental consent. Right to Refuse Service • We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service for any reason related to safety, health, or conduct.
